Note: There are two reviews here, the first as a buyer, the second as a seller.
#1: Dynamic and enthusiastic realtor with responsive communication at all times. Was especially good at negotiation and getting offers accepted with little haggling required. I used him to buy a cash house in the country--a fun experience!
#2: I used them again, a second time, to sell my home successfully in Mabank.
This time Mandy Cole handled things. My home was inexpensive, but she gave it all the attention of a pricier property. The marketing/listing was done well--I had triple the views and showings of competitors' houses. In effect, she paid her own commission by referring me to a company that replaced the roof for thousands less than I thought possible.
Selling is difficult in my subdivision, but it sold in well under six months. (I wish this were a separate review, but Google doesn't allow it because I already left a review as a buyer. This is evidently a deficiency of Google reviews, because one could have two very different jobs performed by the same agency.)

When my wife and I decided that we were ready to buy a home, my wife recommended that we reach out to Cameron with any questions we had about starting the process since she knew him from school and knew that he was a realtor. From the beginning, Cameron was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Throughout the entire process, he was always available and answered every question we had. If there was ever something he wasn’t sure about, he told us he would find the answer and would usually call us back within an hour with the information we needed.
Cameron always gave us his honest opinion and provided input on what he thought would be best, but he was never pushy. He allowed us to make our own decisions and made sure we were comfortable with every step of the process. I believe we looked at more than 20 houses, and every time we asked Cameron if he was available to tag along, he made time in his busy schedule to come with us. Having him there allowed us to ask questions on the spot, and he always made sure we felt accommodated.
In the past, we had tried to buy a home but didn’t have the best credit. Unfortunately, the realtors we had previously worked with didn’t seem interested in helping us or putting us in contact with someone who could help improve our situation. That left us discouraged and led us to continue renting.
Cameron was completely different. He connected us with the right people who helped us improve our credit situation within just two months. Because of this, we were able to purchase our home and finally achieve something we had been working toward for a long time.
Throughout the entire process, Cameron made us feel like he genuinely cared about us and wanted to make sure we were able to get into our dream home. His kindness to go above and beyond didn’t stop once we closed. The day after we moved in, Cameron even came over to help me set up my home gym in the garage because he knew I needed some help. I never even asked him—he simply offered because that’s the kind of person he is.
I would recommend The Cole Home Team to anyone, even if you don’t feel like you are in the best position to buy a home. Cameron will take the time to understand your situation, help you find the right resources, and genuinely care about helping you reach your goal. We are extremely grateful for everything he did for us and couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to help us through the process.

We had the pleasure of somehow getting Cameron Cole as our realtor while looking for a home for my mother. And I'll say that he has been absolutely phenomenal. I know that we have prob been pretty hard to deal with, but he has been so patient and just amazing with us. He has truly taught me a lot about home buying. I've just really enjoyed this whole process with him. I couldn't have picked a better realtor in a million years for us! The Cole Hone Team is a family owned business, which I love even more.
