We worked with Robert off and on over a couple months to find our property by the lake. Robert was patient, didn't give us a hard sell, and was a sounding board for us when we discussed how we were gonna use the property as an investment. Robert recommended the financier to use for our home equity loan, which was a half a point cheaper than the one I planned to use. He also recommended a home inspection company and the inspector was thorough and precise. Robert was always quick to reply back when we had any questions which was helpful as the property is an hour and a half from Fort Worth. There was an issue with the contract when we went to closing that I also should have caught but Robert provided a solution for that as well. It's been a good decade since I bought a house and things have changed and I would say it is more stressful and cumbersome now than it ever has been. With that said, if you need a realtor in E. Texas that knows Henderson County, I would wholeheartedly recommend Robert and his team to help you find your next home.
